Hello, with the water taxi it will take about 20-25 minutes from the airport. We are very close to the canal so the taxi can leave you at 30 meters from Cà della Corte, with no bridges in the way.

From the airport is easier to take the shuttle bus (ATVO) to Piazzale Roma (Venice Bus Station) and from there, by walk, in less then 4 minutes you will reach Ca' della Corte

We are looking at a quad room. What floor is this located on, and does it come with a complementary breakfast? Booking.com is not showing the breakfast for that particular room but shows it for double rooms. We are a party of four.

Great location.
The location is excellent. It is quiet at night. The host was very helpful in giving us advice on where to go and suggestions for restaurants, markets, etc. The room was perfect for our family of 3 (two adults and one 15 year old).

A beautiful place with a wonderful atmosphere, equipped with everything we needed. Kate is a wonderful person who gave us all the information that made it easy for us to explore Venice. We highly recommend!

Charming room in great location
Great location 10 minute walk from the train station. Kate was so helpful in pointing out places to eat and visit. Kettle with tea and coffee in the room which was great. Breakfast also served in your room. There are a few stairs up to the rooms which didn’t affect us at all however there is an assisted chair lift if you need it.
